The DAV Schools Network functioning under the umbrella of the DAV College Managing Committee It's a strong and close knit network of over 900 schools and 75 colleges that offer world class educational opportunities For more than 135 years, DAVCMC plans the Annual Festival DAV United which is the coming together of the students, parents, and teachers of the DAV Institutions from all over the country 


The 5 th DAV UNITED mega celebration was conducted at Ramsheth Thakur International Sports Complex, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai on the 20 th and 21 st of January 2024 The event commenced with a rousing welcome to the President of DAVCMC New Delhi, Aryaratan, Padmashri Awardee, Shri Punam Suri ji, Director Academics Public Schools, Dean of DAV United Madam ( Nisha Peshin ji Vice President of DAVCMC Shri Prabodh Mahajan ji, Gen Secy DAVCMC Shri Ajay Suri ji Also in attendance were the Directors of DAVCMC New Delhi, Regional Directors and Principals of all the DAV schools from different parts of the country

 

This year the event kickstarted with electrifying performances from alumni and students There were events to cater to the senses like music, dance performances, amazing stories, visual arts, and discussion with authors of varied genres

The star studded evening turned out to be a huge crowd puller The charisma, appeal, and enthusiasm was hugely infectious as the crowd appeared captivated It is a celebration that weaves together the talents of DAV students who have emerged as leaders in their chosen fields Eminent authors like Radha Krishnan Pillai, Reeta Gupta, celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Pankaj Tripathi, Bharti Singh and many other renowned personalities from  entertainment industry, musicians, acclaimed dancers, and visual arts exponents graced the occasion with their vibrant presence The power packed performances of the artists leaving the crowd spellbound.
